Specialising in innovative and creative solutions, our service can be used for outdoor areas of any scale. Extending all over Melbourne, these spaces can range from small inner city balconies, urban courtyards, suburban lots to larger acreage, no space is too big or too small, just where your imagination can take you.

Our designers are qualified and experienced in all aspects of landscape design and construction bringing many years of experience to each garden.

Our services range from horticultural advice to design ideas and construction aspects, depending on your garden needs. Below is a loose guide to the services we offer.

On reviewing the garden at the initial consultation our designers will recommend to you the service you require after seeing the complexity, scale and type of service required.

RATES
(All fees are a guide only and are subject to change and are inclusive of gst.)


BASIC CONSULTATION 1 – 1.5 hours $150*
(*A travel surcharge applies on properties located over a 10 km radius from the nursery.)

Best for those that want basic advice and information.
Does not include plans, species list or further consultation.

BASIC CONSULTATION WITH FOLLOW UP REPORT $450
 Great for those that need a little more information with the consultation recorded.

Includes; report, brief drawn outline of the proposal not to scale, plant notes, presentation meeting at the nursery to follow up the consultation.

DETAILED CONSULTATION AND CONCEPT $750
An ideal service for those after a design solution to their area. Includes; 1 hour on site consultation, site measure, sketch concept showing detailed outline of garden to scale, species list with quantities, materials list, presentation at the nursery to discuss the plans and ideas, estimate of works if required.

FULL GARDEN PLAN from $1200
 For those that want a more detailed service, properties with a larger areas, complex elements (such as new pools), optional solutions for the space and/or multiple garden areas.

Includes; consultation, site measuring, conceptual development, set-out and planting plans, material and plan lists, liaising with other consultants etc.
TOWN PLANNING DRAWINGS poa**
(**To be quoted after the initial consultation or on reviewing the existing or proposed architectural drawings.)

All aspects of town planning including heritage overlays, planting schemes for environmentally sensitive areas, new fences etc. Also great for assisting developers, builders or architects.

Includes; full garden service with optional design and consultation to satisfy requirements of the applicable council or governing body.
CONSTRUCTION poa
Fitzroy nursery offers a comprehensive construction service as an extension of their design arm. All projects require initial consultation and/or design service to ascertain the scope or works .Our staff can arrange cost estimates for hard and soft landscaping works as well as project manage the project.
